The global pandemic has thrust resilience onto the agenda of every business worldwide. While everyone anticipated the joy of a prolonged recovery and a return to normalcy, the conflict in Ukraine has ushered in a new post-VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) reality, leading us to discuss BANI, a new acronym:

B (Brittle) = Fragile: The idea is that we are susceptible to catastrophe at any moment, and all companies built on fragile foundations can crumble overnight.

A = Anxious: Anxiety is one of the most prevalent symptoms today, not only in people's personal lives but also in the job market. We are living on the edge, creating a sense of urgency that guides decision-making.

N = Non-linear: In this period, we live in a world where events seem disconnected and disproportionate. Without a well-defined and standardized structure, it may no longer make sense to engage in detailed long-term planning.

I = Incomprehensible: Misunderstanding arises when we find answers, but the answers don't make sense. Therefore, we must understand that we cannot control everything.

But what can organizations do now? It will all depend on their leadership and how well they can adapt to this new reality.

Through this strategic coaching program, we identify the main areas for personal development for each participant and self-discovery of their new roles in building an organization resilient to BANI environments.

Using a powerful digital collaborative tool, we prepare activities in advance to ensure that the in-person course can have the desired impact on each participant.

We adopt the principles of andragogy and the TRANSFORM8 model developed by Keith Jones and Tessa Sharp, combined with the SSM ( Soft Systems Methodology ) approach
