Architecting Collaboration began as a book series and grew into a curated ecosystem of expert-driven services in facilitation and digital health strategy. Today, the platform is powered by col.lab Ltd, which also incubates My Health Data Experts in collaboration with the UK charity Health Data Forum Ltd.

As the founder and curator of the Architecting Collaboration ecosystem, Paul Nunesdea brings over two decades of experience in designing and hosting dialogue spaces that move people and ideas forward. 

His work spans three interconnected organizations:

• col.lab Ltd – The incubator behind My Health Data Experts and the operator of this webstore offering expert facilitation and collaboration tools.

• Debate Exímio Lda – co-founded by Pedro Cid Ferreira and Paul Nunesdea, our Portugal-based spin-off focused on civic engagement and strategic event facilitation, leading flagship initiatives such as Digital Health Portugal and Saúde Sustentável, a national Think Tank on AI and Sustainable Health.

• Health Data Forum Ltd – A UK-registered charity advancing responsible AI and health data governance. It provides strategic leadership to the Data First, AI Later movement and co-curates the My Health Data Experts consulting network in partnership with col.lab and Debate Eximio Lda.
