Health Data Forum Global Hybrid Summit 2025 — Cardiff Edition

A premier gathering of global leaders exploring the transformative power of health data.

The 2025 Summit, themed "Driving Change Through Data Insights", was held from 24–26 September 2025 at voco St. David's Hotel and the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

Hosted in collaboration with Digital Health and Care Wales, this edition positioned Wales as a living example of how trusted data ecosystems drive innovation, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen cross-sector collaboration.

The program was structured around two core pillars:

• Content: Plenary sessions, lightning talks, and world cafés featuring experts from the OECD, WHO, Basque Country (Spain), Portugal and French Ministries of Healthcare, tackling topics such as Real-World Evidence, AI in healthcare, and Trusted Research Environments.

• Interactions: Facilitated dialogues and networking sessions designed to bridge data science, clinical practice, and policy — fostering authentic partnerships and actionable insights across nations.

The Health Data Forum Global Hybrid Summit continues to serve as the "G20 for Health Data": fewer participants, higher signal, and deeper collaboration.
