Keith is an international facilitator and consultant with over 25 years' experience working with blue-chip organisations worldwide. He has had the privilege of working in over 48 countries and has carried out senior roles in learning and development and consulting with a variety of business psychology organisations. During his career, he has also served as the director of education and organisational development at KPMG International EMA. His career has led him to deep knowledge of the delivery, design, and implementation of complex learning and development solutions, as well as the business of learning, representing this discipline at the most senior levels.
He worked for many years in mainstream clinical psychology as a clinician, working extensively with individuals and groups, and served as an academic training analyst. This solid background has given him a rigorous understanding of behaviour change at the individual, group, and organisational levels. He is proud to apply this rigour to his managerial career, which has proved invaluable in his extensive work facilitating executive boards in multicultural environments worldwide.
