The Nature-Connected Team Day combines professional facilitation with guided nature connection to create space for teams to slow down, reconnect and think differently together.

This is not simply an outdoor team-building activity, nor is nature used merely as a scenic backdrop. The landscape becomes part of the meeting design: creating distance from everyday routines, opening different conversations and helping people pay attention to what can easily remain unheard inside a conventional meeting room.

What happens during the day?

Each experience is designed around the needs of the team and the possibilities of the location.

A typical day combines:

  • guided nature-connection and sensory practices;
  • time for individual reflection;
  • facilitated conversations in pairs and small groups;
  • space for unhurried dialogue;
  • structured reflection around a question, challenge or opportunity facing the team;
  • a facilitated closing conversation that connects insights from the experience back to organisational life.

Rather than filling every minute with activities, we deliberately create room to notice, reflect and talk.

This product works as an add-on to a corporate retreat or offsite you are already organising.

We can work with your existing hotel, retreat venue, DMC or event organiser, provided there is suitable access to nature.

We can also suggest locations from our developing network of nature-connected venues in the UK and Europe.

Investment

£750 per participant

Minimum booking: 6 participants

The fee covers the professional programme and facilitation.

Accommodation, meals, venue costs, transportation, flights and any exceptional facilitator travel requirements are not included unless specifically agreed in the proposal.
